The Municipal Art Society is an arts organization on Madison Avenue in New York City, which deals with public art in the city. It also champions the study of urban planning and design through its exhibits (at the Urban Center gallery), seminars, educational programs, and community workshops. Its chairman is Philip K. Howard.
